Unforeseen events can unfortunately also affect well-earned holidays.

We therefore have attractive cancellation policies:

Travel period May to November:

• up to 10 days before arrival free of charge
• 10-1 day before arrival 70% of the booked services
• from 1 day before arrival or no-show 100% of the booking amount

Travel period December to April:

• up to 14 days before arrival free of charge
• 14-7 days before arrival: 70% of the booked services
• 7-3 days before arrival: 90% of the booked services
• from 1 day before arrival 100% of the agreed services. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the agreed total amount.

We make every effort to ensure that the most relaxing time of the year can be planned without hesitation. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your suite is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier. In that case, we can offer you self check-in if possible.

We kindly ask you to leave your suite by 10:00 a.m. and hand in the key at Reception. If you are leaving before 7:00 a.m., we ask you to settle the bill the evening before. You can leave your luggage in a safe place until your departure.

Late Check-out Offer

Dear Guest,

We are pleased to offer you the option of a late check-out, allowing you to extend your stay with us a little longer.

If you would like to keep your room until 6:00 PM, an additional fee equivalent to half of the suite’s daily rate will apply.

Please note that the availability of a late check-out depends on the hotel’s occupancy and staffing resources.To reserve your late check-out, please contact our reception team early on the day of departure.

Outdoor parking is not possible in winter due to snow removal, pavement safety and gritting.

For health reasons, our house has shielded cables (except for the Room of Knowledge). The electric smog and stress should not bother you during your holiday.

Our swimming pool is open all day from 8:00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. in summer. In winter our pool is open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

You can pay your room bill daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Reception. We are happy to accept cash, Maestro, Mastercard,Debit Mastercard,Amex and VISA.

We ask you to pay the mandatory tourism tax which is currently € 1.80 per person/day in cash, as this is a transitory item for us which goes directly to the tourism association.

A personalised code is generally used to gain access to our hotel.

There is a safe in the suites (closet) with bilingual instructions. Please note that valuables of all kinds as well as cash in the suite safe are only covered by insurance to a small extent. No liability is assumed for valuables, jewellery or money that are stored outside of the safe in the suites. For larger amounts of money or valuables to be stored, please contact Reception.

Please do not enter the spa area with outdoor shoes. It is obligatory to shower before using the saunas and the swimming pool (also after a sauna session). Please use a bath towel when using the various facilities and do not wear swimwear in the sauna area – this is a designated nude zone.

With sustainability in mind, we use traditional keys for our suites. The hotel door (main entrance) can be opened with your personalised code plus the symbol of the key and is limited to the duration of your stay. We ask for your discretion in this regard.

Ski passes are available at the ticket office at the Zillertal Arena. Please discuss the different options there and see if it is possible to get cheaper packages at different ski resorts (Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen, Kaltenbach, Gerlos, Krimml).

You can store your ski and snowboard equipment including boots in a specially designated room in the cellar. However, we do not assume any liability for stored items.

There are various saunas in our bathhouse. Opening hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There are plenty of sauna towels available to use for free.
