Fresh sauna towels are, of course, always available for you, so you can enjoy your time out in complete comfort from the very first moment.

When is the pool open?

During the summer months, our pool is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

In winter, the pool is open daily from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes plans change – which is why we aim to keep our cancellation policy as clear and straightforward as possible.

As a general rule, the following conditions apply to all stays:

• Up to 7 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price

The following travel periods are excluded:

26 December 2026 to 5 January 2027
31 January to 20 February 2027

For stays during these periods, special cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 30 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price

In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the agreed total price will be charged in full.

To help you plan your stay with peace of mind, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

If you have any questions regarding your booking or our cancellation policy, we will of course be happy to assist you personally.

Your suite will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

If you would like to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance. If your suite is already available, we will be happy to offer you a flexible self check-in.

Once you have submitted your guest details via our online check-in form, you will receive your personal access code by email, allowing you to check in easily and independently.

We kindly ask you to leave your suite by 10:00 a.m. and hand in the key at Reception. If you are leaving before 7:00 a.m., we ask you to settle the bill the evening before. You can leave your luggage in a safe place until your departure.

Late Check-out Offer

Dear Guest,

We are pleased to offer you the option of a late check-out, allowing you to extend your stay with us a little longer.

If you would like to keep your room until 6:00 PM, an additional fee equivalent to half of the suite’s daily rate will apply.

Please note that the availability of a late check-out depends on the hotel’s occupancy and staffing resources.To reserve your late check-out, please contact our reception team early on the day of departure.

Parking at zelloon

Parking spaces are available in our underground garage at a rate of €10 per day.

The underground garage also features two EV charging stations. Charging power is up to approximately 11 kW, depending on the vehicle. The charging station can be activated for you on request.

Outdoor parking spaces are also available and are charged at €10 per day.

Please note that the outdoor parking spaces cannot be used during the winter months, as these areas need to remain clear for snow removal and for keeping access routes and walkways safe.

For electric vehicles, two parking spaces with EV charging stations are available in our underground garage.

The actual charging capacity depends on the individual vehicle and is generally up to approximately 11 kW.

Our charging stations are available in fixed time slots. You can book a charging period of 1, 3 or 5 hours. Charging is not billed according to the exact amount of electricity consumed, but at a fixed rate per booked charging hour.

For health reasons, our house has shielded cables (except for the Room of Knowledge). The electric smog and stress should not bother you during your holiday.

Our swimming pool is open all day from 8:00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. in summer. In winter our pool is open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

You can pay your room bill daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Reception. We are happy to accept cash, Maestro, Mastercard,Debit Mastercard,Amex and VISA.

We ask you to pay the mandatory tourism tax which is currently € 1.80 per person/day in cash, as this is a transitory item for us which goes directly to the tourism association.

A personalised code is generally used to gain access to our hotel.

There is a safe in the suites (closet) with bilingual instructions. Please note that valuables of all kinds as well as cash in the suite safe are only covered by insurance to a small extent. No liability is assumed for valuables, jewellery or money that are stored outside of the safe in the suites. For larger amounts of money or valuables to be stored, please contact Reception.

Please do not enter the spa area with outdoor shoes. It is obligatory to shower before using the saunas and the swimming pool (also after a sauna session). Please use a bath towel when using the various facilities and do not wear swimwear in the sauna area – this is a designated nude zone.

With sustainability in mind, we use traditional keys for our suites. The hotel door (main entrance) can be opened with your personalised code plus the symbol of the key and is limited to the duration of your stay. We ask for your discretion in this regard.

Ski passes are available at the ticket office at the Zillertal Arena. Please discuss the different options there and see if it is possible to get cheaper packages at different ski resorts (Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen, Kaltenbach, Gerlos, Krimml).

You can store your ski and snowboard equipment including boots in a specially designated room in the cellar. However, we do not assume any liability for stored items.

There are various saunas in our bathhouse. Opening hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There are plenty of sauna towels available to use for free.

Other golf courses are within an hour’s drive. Just ask at Reception. You will get better green fees with the Zillertal guest card. In addition, we can also arrange significantly reduced green fees at golf courses in Westendorf, Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee and Mieming.

We wash and disinfect all textiles in our hotel.

Important information when leaving the hotel with the car

Please take extra care when exiting the hotel driveway.

Looking to your right, you will see a traffic mirror mounted on the streetlight. This provides a much clearer view of vehicles and other road users approaching from the left.
