How to contact us
If you contact us by form on our website or by e‑mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for an undefined period of time for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share these data without your consent. Diese Daten geben wir nicht ohne Ihre Einwilligung weiter.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device via a web browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to provide you with a user-friendly experience. Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise you the next time you visit our website. If you don’t want that, you can change the setting in your web browser, so it informs you about any cookies. This way you can give your permission on a case-by-case basis. If you deactivate cookies in your web browser of choice, it may not be possible to use all the functions of our website to their full extent.

Web analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analytics service “Google Analytics”, which is provided by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by users.

The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for commissioned data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but pseudonymised immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localisation is possible. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of section 96 (3) TKG as well as Article 6 (1) a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our services and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised. User data is stored for a period of 26 months.
