We ther­e­fore have attrac­tive cancel­la­tion policies:

Travel period March to November:

• up to 7 days before arri­val free of charge
• 7–1 day before arri­val 70% of the booked services
• from 1 day before arri­val or no-show 100% of the booking amount

Travel period Decem­ber to March:

• up to 14 days before arri­val free of charge
• 14–7 days before arri­val: 70% of the booked services
• 7–3 days before arri­val: 90% of the booked services
• from 1 day before arri­val 100% of the agreed services. In the event of late arri­val or early depar­ture, we will charge 100% of the agreed total amount.

We make every effort to ensure that the most rela­xing time of the year can be plan­ned without hesi­ta­tion. Should you have any further ques­ti­ons, please do not hesi­tate to cont­act us.

Your suite is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arri­val. Please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier. In that case, we can offer you self check-in if possible.

We kindly ask you to leave your suite by 10:00 a.m. and hand in the key at Recep­tion. If you are leaving before 7:00 a.m., we ask you to settle the bill the evening before. You can leave your luggage in a safe place until your departure.

Under­ground parking spaces (€10/day) with 2 wall­bo­xes and 11 kwh char­ging capa­city are available, acti­va­tion on request.

Outdoor parking is not possi­ble in winter due to snow removal, pave­ment safety and gritting.

Please under­stand that we also charge the amount of 10 euros for outdoor parking spaces outside of winter.

For health reasons, our house has shiel­ded cables (except for the Room of Know­ledge). The elec­tric smog and stress should not bother you during your holiday.

Our swim­ming pool is open all day from 8:00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. in summer. In winter our pool is open from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

We are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon for you at Recep­tion. You can reach us by phone from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at +43 5282 55101.

You can pay your room bill daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Recep­tion. We are happy to accept cash, Maes­tro, Master­card and VISA.

We ask you to pay the manda­tory tourism tax which is curr­ently € 1.80 per person/day in cash, as this is a tran­si­tory item for us which goes directly to the tourism association.

A perso­na­li­sed code is gene­rally used to gain access to our hotel.

There is a safe in the suites (closet) with bilin­gual instruc­tions. Please note that valu­ables of all kinds as well as cash in the suite safe are only covered by insu­rance to a small extent. No liabi­lity is assu­med for valu­ables, jewel­lery or money that are stored outside of the safe in the suites. For larger amounts of money or valu­ables to be stored, please cont­act Reception.

Please do not enter the spa area with outdoor shoes. It is obli­ga­tory to shower before using the saunas and the swim­ming pool (also after a sauna session). Please use a bath towel when using the various faci­li­ties and do not wear swim­wear in the sauna area – this is a desi­gna­ted nude zone.

Infor­ma­tion about golf, tennis, horse riding, fishing, hiking tours, moun­tain biking, cycling or skiing areas is available at Reception.

With sustaina­bi­lity in mind, we use tradi­tio­nal keys for our suites. The hotel door (main entrance) can be opened with your perso­na­li­sed code plus the symbol of the key and is limi­ted to the dura­tion of your stay. We ask for your discre­tion in this regard.

Ski passes are available at the ticket office at the Ziller­tal Arena. Please discuss the diffe­rent opti­ons there and see if it is possi­ble to get chea­per packa­ges at diffe­rent ski resorts (Zell am Ziller, Mayr­ho­fen, Kalten­bach, Gerlos, Krimml).

You can store your ski and snow­board equip­ment inclu­ding boots in a speci­ally desi­gna­ted room in the cellar. Howe­ver, we do not assume any liabi­lity for stored items.

There are various saunas in our bath­house. Opening hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. There are plenty of sauna towels available to use for free.

Other golf cour­ses are within an hour’s drive. Just ask at Recep­tion. You will get better green fees with the Ziller­tal guest card. In addi­tion, we can also arrange signi­fi­cantly redu­ced green fees at golf cour­ses in Westen­dorf, Kitz­­bü­hel-Schwar­z­­see and Mieming.

We wash and disin­fect all texti­les in our hotel.
